Description :
Handling the entire operations of the center.Taking care of throughout responsibility of 24*7 Operation of Telecom process.Handling the entire administration of the center.Handling the inbound/Outbound process of a particular center. Making daily reports and keeping track on all revenue leakages . Taking care of centre growth to make customer happy. People reporting to the Center Centre Head are: Admin Manger , Quality Manager, Training Lead, HR Manager, Ops Manager with 3 AMs , 15 TLs and 300 FTE.
Our Requirements:
Should be willing to travel.Should have experience in handling operations of Center.Should be interested in rural development projects.Good communication skill is must.Should be willing to join in 15 days.
